Dilate (dilation) activity is used to expand the thin-seeming parts.

*Input image	Path file name and extension of the image that will be processed.
*Output image	Path, file name and extension of the image that is processed.
Dilate coefficient	Image gets more dilated as the dilate coefficient increases. Default value is 9.
