Create Form

  • Click on one of the form creation buttons marked below on the Forms tab.
  • Fill in the “Form Name” and “Form Key” fields.
  • Then, Click “Create new form” button.
*Form name  The visible name of the form. Spaces can be used.
*Form keyThe technical name of the form. Spaces cannot be used. Must be unique and given with careful consideration of variable naming conventions.
DescriptionThe description of the form. Used for documentation.
Note: * Fields selected with are required, others are optional.
  • The new Form has been created.
  • Form structure is created by dragging and dropping the desired Form components to the Design section.
